About This Blog

Who am I:

I have worked with coaches of the following levels:

What I am doing:
Creating a site in which I can express my opinions on player theory, skills & techniques, and coaching theory in writing. Providing a free resource to those who may benefit from additional points-of-view.

Why you should care:
If you are a current player who is looking for advice on how you can improve your game, or if you are a coach who is looking for new and different ways to work with your players.

As a coach and a player, I have found that it is greatly beneficial to constantly change and adapt the way I play and coach. This comes from absorbing knowledge from any other players and coaches that I may encounter. Some things may work for you, while others may not. It is your job to decide what works best as every person learns and teaches differently.

Disclaimer: I am not, nor do I consider myself, the foremost expert on volleyball. I am just like you, a player/coach who continues to learn and develop with each passing day. I am merely providing for a place to store my thoughts and opinions.
