Hide the Fatties

Keeping the fat away from the fat

In one of the greatest pieces of news I've heard in a long time, the Mississippi State House is proposing a law that would ban restaurants from serving people with a BMI higher than 30.

Although this legislation would never pass, and be extremely difficult to enforce (and surely cause a violent fat-people coup), it is certainly another step forward in the thinking of this country.

Fat people. You eat out too much. What you eat is not good for you. And you eat too much of it.

It is certainly just another ploy to bring attention to the obesity epidemic that has been plaguing our increasingly lazy and lethargic society, but along with all the new rules set in place by insurance companies and workplaces, this is really just another attempt in a long push towards getting the fat and gross population to get healthy.

Too fat? You're not eligible for health insurance.
Too fat? You're not allowed to eat in public.

As a skinny and relatively healthy individual...
I'm totally fine with it.

Bring on discounted insurance rates and meal costs for those of us who come in as healthy.
