Avoiding the Issues

Okay, so everybody knows that the presidential primary elections are going on, yadda yadda yadda. Lets ignore that for now and focus on a group of people who are one of the three branches of government. Congress. These are the people who have the power to pass all sorts of legislative bills, they have the power to give the president more or less power, they are the ones who decide to go to war. In essence, members of Congress are the ones who really decide what happens to this country.
